1. How we handle Returns & Refunds?
To maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction we offer a simple, no fuss, 7 day returns policy.
If after you have purchased roller blades you find they do not fit, provided they are un-used we will exchange them for an alternative size, different model or refund you. All items must be returned in their original packaging and “as new condition” (unused condition), complete with all parts, original packaging, foams, plastic wrappings with all accessories included, etc. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. Please note that if you would like to get an exchange for a different size or model, you are eligable for the return postage cost to you.
Firstly please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of the purchase with the reason for the return and we will provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Please provide the order number / buyer user ID in the email for a faster response time. After receiving RMA number please fill in the return form here and follow instruction described there.
RMA# is important & required. Please mark RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) clearly on the returned parcel.
Items returned without an “RMA” number would be ignored or delayed in processing.
Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by our Customer Service.
2. Goods damaged in transit?
Naturally upon delivery sometimes damages occur, therefore we ask that you check your delivery before signing for it. Should the couriers not let you check your delivery, please make sure you sign for the delivery as “damaged” so you can be covered by the Couriers insurance. Couriers will not pay out on a claim once you have NOT SIGNED for a delivery as DAMAGED.
If you receive an item broken or damaged, we will happily exchange for a replacement, provided that we are contacted regarding the damages within 24 hours of receipt of goods, and that goods are returned in “as-sold” condition. REMEMBER, ONLY IF YOU SIGNED FOR THE DELIVERY AS DAMAGED.

3. How to send your item back for exchange/refund?
1. For small items use Royal Mail but please make sure you pay for “Royal Mail Signed For” (you need to ask for tracking number)
as the parcel is still your responsibility until it gets back to us.
2. For larger items please use the recommended website called: www.parcel2go.com or www.parcelmonkey.co.uk .
They will give you options of couriers and also collect from your home/work place for a much cheaper price than Royal Mail.
Please pack the original delivery box and roller blades in additional strong plastic bag/stretch foil or larger box before sending, as we need to receive them back in the condition they were original send to you.
3. THIS POINT IS FOR EXCHANGE ONLY. (for refund please go to section 4). As you were informed you are eligable for the return postage cost to you.
To ensure there are no delays to send a new model or size back to you, please make a shipping cost payment via PayPal of £6.99 using button below. We will send your preferred new size by courier.
4. Please attach proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and fill in all required information on our RETURNS FORM (click here).
CLEARLY MARK #RMA number (received from our customer service representative) on the parcel and send it to us.
Please note that original postage costs are non refundable as this is delivery cost charged by the courier companies.
